Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you and such Jurisdictional choice of laws will prevail in the event the Venue and choice of Laws provision at Section 8 below is deemed unenforcible.

8. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

It is understood by you that you are a Customer or Licensee only.NKC will not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation or otherwise upon your becoming a member.Any and all of your family, staff employees and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.

9. REFUND POLICY

NKC desires to make you happy, and if you are not satisfied or pleased with your purchase or results you may contact NKC for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.While NKC hopes it will not come to that, it will make it painless as possible. NOTE THAT ONLY PURCHASES DIRECTLY FROM NKC qualify for this refund policy.

10.NON COMPETE

You cannot compete with the business model of NKC to train others for a profit using NKC materials for 2 years after becoming a member.This Term does not prevent you from using the NKC training system to run your business of videography but you cannot sell online training materials and training similar to that of NKC. Violation of this Term allows NKC to obtain necessary restraining orders from a Court of Competent Jurisdiction to stop such unlawful competing.

11.ENFORCEMENT

In the event NKC must enforce any breach of these terms and conditions it will be entitled to recovery of a reasonable law fees and Court costs associated with such recovery.

13. CONSENT

Upon purchasing a course from NKC, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters. You also consent to allowing your email address to be used in a “look-a-like” audience for Facebook advertising algorithms to find new prospective customers with similar likes and interests.
