The Freelance Mastery course from NK Courses has really opened my eyes to how profitable freelancing really is. I thought I knew it all with almost 10 years of freelancing but this course is a fine example of why you always need to be learning and improving. What helped/impacted my freelance career the most was the client acquisition and billing clients. I'm more profitable per hour and can easily justify my prices. I'm now using a talent agent and much better marketplaces to get real big clients!

I wasn't sure if the NK Courses would be right for me as I'm a Graphic Designer not a Film Editor. But as Nick is so successful at what he does, I decided to give it a go. His tips on how to attract more of the clients you want and how to set-up your freelancing business in general were super helpful and I was able to translate anything "production" related parts to work in the same way for graphic design. Eg. When he gives links to job sites, you can find equivalent ones that are specific to design etc. So I didn't feel like I was missing out. 

The course structure was easy to follow. You can "heart" the topics you like for easy reference and I also like that the video content was repeated in text form so I could go over anything I wanted to repeat. I know that when you're trying to manage a business, it's difficult to find time to fit in more education. What I like about this course is that each video is short, giving away bite size information which makes it much easier to complete the course as and when it's convenient for you.

He gives you fillable PDFs as well as pre-made tools that can be edited to suit your criteria. I was amazed by Finance Manage Pro and the Client Tracker Pie Charts. I wish I had these sooner. It really opened my eyes on what needs to be done to be a successful freelancer. I highly recommend the course and looking forward to implementing what I've learnt into my day to day business.
